Rescheduling is not available after your tour has been booked.
All tours cancelled by the customer prior to 30 days of launch date are refundable less a $35.00 administration fee.
Tours cancelled by the customer within 30 days of the launch date will not be refunded.
You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled launch time.
No shows will not be refunded.
In the event of hazardous weather/conditions arising prior to departing on the scheduled tour, customers will be rescheduled on the next available tour. Desoto Tours LLC. will notify the customer in person, by telephone, email, or text message of such change.
For the safety of our guests actively participating in a tour, Desoto Tours LLC. may delay a tour in whole or part due to hazardous weather/conditions, only when Desoto Tours LLC. deems it safe will the tour resume.
No refunds or credits will be given on partially completed tours.
Desoto Tours LLC operates in light rains and or overcast conditions.
Desoto Tours LLC does not guarantee wildlife sightings.
